Through the Reserve Unit Support Program (RUSP), CFLC provides primary reservists and their commanding officers with the resources to help them gain the support of local employers.
The key technical resource in RUSP is the Unit Guide to Employer Support. This manual has been placed in all primary Reserve Force units and is now online. It contains such items as pro forma letters to request time off, guidance on the conduct of unit employer support events, program descriptions, presentations, responsibilities and so on.
