Employer Support Programs
The Canadian Forces Liaison Council has developed and implemented several programs to carry out its mandate to inform employers about the value of part-time military training and to obtain employers’ support for the Primary Reserve Force.
Many of these programs can be used by both employers and primary reservists to enhance their understanding of voluntary job protection. Others are directed more specifically at commanding officers and reservists to help them in their own efforts.
