Secretariat
The national secretariat of the Canadian Forces Liaison Council carries out the day-to-day activities of the Council, undertakes business planning and administers its programs. Although the Council is a voluntary civilian organization, the secretariat is a military organization that is part of the Chief Reserves and Cadets Division at National Defence Headquarters in Ottawa.
